FAKRUTU TRIO

JAZZ WITH A ‘PROK’ AND ‘TWANG’

FaKruTu is a witty jazztrio consisting of Sean FAsciani, Stefan KRUger and Mark TUinstra. Inspired by the angularity of Thelonious Monk, the harmonies of Igor Stravinski, the sound of contemporary electronic music and African beats, they embark on a journey of discovery in a new sonic universe, experimenting with hop & bop, bass and strum, a bit of blip and Woo.

Also available: FaKruTu Dakar Edition and Dr. Jordan Institute.
